  I have had contact with Dana Diorio for our Insurance needs. She is an Agency Specialist for American Family Ins and is simply outstanding! Whilst we were new to the local market she was very patient in explaining the finer details as well as outlining needs. Extremely patient, pro-active, very transparent and always looking to identify opportunities for great value whilst also keeping the insurance product at the forefront and highlighting key features. She readily compared alternate offers and gave me good advice. At times indicating that I should take up an alternate offer but will try and find me a better offer after 6 months which she did! Whilst Dana is very organized, efficient, great communicator she is awesome with her 'gentle' follow-up. I am looking forward to continue to work with Dana and without a doubt would recommend her services.

  Nick's team does a fantastic job of answering any and all questions I have regarding my insurance policy, and also address any requests I may have for them, Melody especially is extremely helpful, all in all I am very happy with the level of service they provide for me.   I first approached Nick and Dana in September of 2016, ther worked with me for two years until they got us the best coverage and the best price for both home and auto! We are now saving over $350 a year with the same or better coverage. Save money with better coverage, can't beat that! I highly recommend the Nick Diorio Agency. You will to.

  When our previous insurance agent retired, we found Nick and Dana and felt like we hit the jackpot. They are an amazing team, always willing to help. We do not hesitate to call them when we have questions, as they answer and explain everything thoroughly. They make sure we have the coverage we need at an affordable price, and they always go above and beyond. I can not recommend them enough!
