Not only do you learn how to perform martial arts, but you also learn all the aspects of it here too. One of the reasons I love it so much is because of our teacher Rich, probably one of the nicest people I've come to know. He takes his time on every single individual to make sure they learn everything correctly. If you want to learn martial arts this is definitely 100% the place to go!

Not only does he do a great job teaching martial arts in a way that our 4 year old can understand, but he is also helping instill values that will make him a better man. Your child will learn self defense but also why discipline and hard work leads to success and inner peace. In addition Rich's patience with the kids is Most impressive. My wife and I are thrilled with the impact it is having on our son. Bring your child in for a class, you will be happy you did.
(June 25, 2017, 6:51 pm)Sensei Rich is a great instructor. He is not only able to motivate the students to achieve their goals but to build their confidence up too. My son learns at a quick pace with Rich teaching and enjoys class.
(June 14, 2017, 12:41 am)I love this place! Rich is my instructor, and he is always very helpful and patient. It's always the best workout I get while learning so much. The other people in class are also helpful and very kind. This is the perfect place if you want to become a great mixed martial artist. I recommend trying the class if you have any hesitation.
