I needed a card replacement and I arrived a few minutes before they opened, security guard (super nice) was outside telling people about the rules and they let us go in before 9am. It took about 10 minutes for them to call my number and the clerk in the window was nice, professional and helpful. I live 10 minutes from the Aurora office but I decided to drive 40 minutes instead since I read nothing but great reviews about the staff in the Joliet location. “We stayed at this hotel for 5 days over the Christmas holiday. We had a very good experience, particularly since we were permitted to have our fur babies with us. The staff was always friendly and our room was very nice. However, the sink drains slowly and the refrigerator runs too cold. Those two things have to be corrected but other than that, we enjoyed our stay.”
