My son has been under doctor Olsen and his teams care for over 15 years. I'm a critical care RN and all the L&D RN told me he was the best! They were so right! We nurses know a good doc! I was there at the beginning of his practice and have watched him grow! deservingly so! The whole team of doctors and the APN are top notch!
...and let me just say the nursing staff is STELLAR and they are an asset to the practice. Even the receptionist go above and beyond! I highly recommend Millennium Pediatrics!
I am very picky as far as relying on someone with my children. All the doctors and nurse practitioners there are amazing! They listen to you as a mother since we know our children best. They are all great with kids, they take their time to explain to them what is about to happen. They compromise if the child is still scared they have the mother assist and be very attentive. I found them and will try to stay with them for as long my children need their services. I had tried other very “ fancy “ practices and they failed on many levels.. I did give individual review to each doctor I saw in those practices ..I could go in and on about their professionalism, knowledge and kindness and I did wait for s while till five my review but the bottom line is if you want to be heard and your child respected and treated not only like a human being but individual you shall seek their services at any cost! Absolutely love Millennium Pediatrics! Dr Chad Olsen is phenomenal to work with. He's very knowledgeable in peds medicine and is great at responding to patient portal messages. He also doesn't talk in strictly medical jargon, which makes it a lot easier to build rapport as well as understand the needs and concerns of my child.
My only hiccup with the office is one of the front desk clerks, but by no means does it reduce the rating of my review.
Can't wait to see the new office location!!
Been a patient here personally for most of my childhood. Prior to being aware of the medical extent of what talk place, it felt like a very warm and inviting place, never had any issues or fears. Later on, the doctors, Dr. Olsen in particular, became a close friend and took care of anything and everything that I had experienced medically, from physical wounds from sports to sicknesses. This is a great doctors office, highly professional and highly patient oriented!
