We had been trying to solve a problem with a returned phone and had so many issues not getting any answers with other ATT reps at other locations. Michaela was persistent and made sure we figured everything out and solved our problem for once and all that day. She was so helpful and friendly and we had enjoyed her assistance even through a stressful situation. My son finally got the phone he wanted and walked out thrilled! We were so happy she helped us through all the steps! She is an excellent rep and deserves the highest recognition for her service. Thank you again!

(January 1, 2019, 11:51 am)Michaela was very helpful, knowledgeable and personable. She helped me pick the right iPhone for me with no overselling or pressure. The process took a long time since I had not done a backup. Michaela found a solution and worked to make sure the transaction was completed before the store closed. Definitely go to this store if you need help!
