  Great experience so far, Jeremy is excellent! He took the time to explain every single little detail with us and answered every question no matter how small or stupid! I’ll refer everyone needing car repair there for sure. He impresssed my mom with his knowledge, patience & kindness-that’s not easily done!

  I have been taking our cars to this Tuffy location for years. Today was the first time that I worked with Jeremy. He was very knowledgeable and honest. He took me into the shop and had me physically manipulate the components that needed repair and explained very clearly why this work should be done. There are MANY automotive repair shops to choose from in Plainfield, but it is employees like Jeremy that have us consistently returning to Tuffy.

  I am grateful I found Tuffy Auto Service Center in Plainfield. Not only do I get an oil change for a great deal, but I also have my car checked for any maintenance before it becomes a bigger issue. They know what they are talking about and they do not nickel and dime you. They do not recommend something get fixed if it doesn't need it. Trust these mechanics, they are true professionals.
