She was so warm and welcoming as soon as I walked in; felt like walking into a family friend's place. She was thorough and gentle, and let me know what she was doing every step of the way. The office manager was very helpful, and sweet. I was having a tooth extracted. I came in with pain, they were able to perform the procedure that day, and I left with very little discomfort.
