“I was contacted by Apria on 12/16/2022 by text that my oxygen equipment was ready to be delivered. On this day the rep called me at 9:15 pm and said he would be at my residence with in the hour to set up my oxygen equipment He was my residence at about 9:50 pm He showed me a photo of the equipment that was sent which was a home oxygen Concentrator and a bottle fill system I thought I was getting a portable oxygen Concentrator and the home oxygen Concentrator that is what my respatory therapist said he was going to order. The rep was very through and explained how to utilize all the equipment so far so good. He did not have a carry bag for the portable cylinders so I called the supply department and the person I talked to is going to send me one. No problems so far. Mark”

“My brother and partner went here this morning. They got there 20-30 minutes early to avoid the line as much as they could. And they opened 15 minutes early, which was so kind of them. They brought people in 7-8 people at a time, which I was told really helped move things quickly. Plus, they do BOTH rapid AND PCR test! The results for the rapid tests, of course, came really fast. However, they said it would take 5-7 days to receive results for the PCR tests due to the massive amount of volume. Still, I really appreciate that they do both tests there.”
