“TRUCKERS: Arrived Monday night for a Tuesday morning delivery. Receiving is on the back side of the building at Door 69. You can park on the receiving side overnight. Shipping is on the opposite side of the building. Receiving opens at 7am. BRING YOUR SEAL WITH YOU WHEN YOU CHECK IN. Otherwise you have to walk back to your truck to get it. I checked in around 730am and was empty by 9am”

Mike and the entire service team are amazing. Genuinely good guys. They even helped me hook up my breakaway brake connection better as I was hitching up and gave me a new hook (no charge and I didn't even ask). I wish I lived closer...I'd go to them all the time and definitely buy a new RV there. To many places today want to get them off the lot and not service them properly. GREAT PEOPLE!!!”

I have had the most pleasant experience, starting with setting up the reservation online with Linda R an Internet Sales Representative who helped me decide what size unit I should purchase. I met with Jenna the store manager at the New Lenox location today and she was everything and more then I expected! So nice, accommodating, helpful… I could go on and on! She really did make the process so easy. Moving is stressful already and I feel like I have found the perfect place to store my belongings, knowing they will be in good hands.
