I tried the Ta Canijo taco truck on the inside and I was blown away. They serve some of the best tamales I've ever had, and they were super quick despite it being super busy because of Cinco de Mayo. Phil happened to have an opening the same afternoon that I found his company online, so he came over after he finished up another job. He worked quickly, but did a very thorough job, and explained to me where he found the roots and what type of equipment he used. He was also very polite and seems to have a nice personality (speaking from a mom's perspective : ) I would use his service again.”
