“I worked with Paula from City Lights Makeup Artistry for my maternity photo session. Paula is extremely talented in her art form, and also organized as a business woman! We were able to pick a date, and from there I was sent email confirmations, contract, and even handouts with how to ensure I would have the best possible experience. What a great first impression. Paula arrived to our location on-time and brought all professional items with her - including this light that would guarantee application was done correctly no matter the light source of the location. We talked a bit about what look I wanted for the maternity session and Paula’s style. (I highly recommend you take a look at her portfolio of work - it is amazing!) I loved my look - both makeup and hair. Honestly, I felt flawless and my picture proofs show this. I know people go back and forth between "just doing their own makeup" or paying for a professional to do it. I can’t stress enough that paying a professional is worth every cent. Not only do you look amazing, but you also get a unique opportunity to learn from a professional what looks best on you applied where. “We have had children at this preschool for 6 consecutive years now and could not be more pleased with the school and teachers! Our 4 children have gone through the 3 year old and preK classes at this preschool and have learned all of their letters (both capital and lower case), numbers (up to 100), shapes, colors, and sight words as well as learning to spell their first and last name and even tell time! The staff is amazing and truly prepared my kids for kindergarten. This isn't just a preschool, it is a second family.”

“My kids have been going to Adventures in Learning since September 2018. They absolutely love going to school and seeing their teachers. The staff is very friendly and welcoming to all families. My youngest son's vocabulary has grown so much since we started (he was almost 2 when we started and was hardly talking, we considered speech therapy) but two weeks into starting, he has been talking so much. My oldest son has been learning so much as well, he can recognize all the letters, and can fully write his first name. He knows most of the shapes and colors as well! Adventures in Learning, Aurora is very clean, the administration is very involved and you can tell that the staff truly cares. We love the curriculum and the added bonus is spanish class! We recommend AIL to anyone looking for a great education, and a safe and loving environment for their children to be.”

“The manager/(owner?), Tony, is a good guy, always polite. They have always gotten me right in and taken care of quickly. The longest I've ever had to wait was maybe one full afternoon, but that was for some extensive repairs. I have worked with them a few times and with a few different automobiles. The results have always been good and I've never felt ripped off. The first few times I went there I knew ahead of time what the general final cost should be for the work that I needed to have done. The costs were right on target and they do solid work. And the best part about them is that they are always able to take the car right then and get to work. That way if I know I only have an hour or two they can still probably get me in and taken care of before I need to be off again. They can do the basics (oil changes, transmission, etc) as well as not so basic repairs. Obviously, call ahead of time if you can buy it you just show up, chances are they can get started on your car immediately. ????????????????”
