I pulled in behind the bay and was immediately greeted by a very pleasant young lady who asked what service I needed for my car, and gave me an estimated time wait. I actually got in earlier than I expected, and was taken care of by Carlos who had a good personality and helped select the proper oil for my car, when finished he doubled as the cashier, and promptly cashed me out. “Back on 4/12/24, I was heading to St. Louis Children’s Hospital for my daughter’s appointments, and as luck would have it I hit a huge pothole and popped my tire about 2 hours from home and only 30-45 minutes away from the Children’s hospital at around 7am. Gary’s tire got us in as quickly as possible, found a good tire to throw on the car, and got us on our way and we were still able to make it! And while I was willing to pay whatever it would take to get us back on the road, he didn’t try to overcharge, take advantage, or anything of the sort, I believe he actually cut me a huge deal which I will forever be grateful for. I will never forget the act of kindness and even though he’s 2 hours from where I live, he will 100% get my business from now on! And I will recommend him to anyone around the area! “I dont know where to start. I was broken down in a town 10 minutes away from this shop. It was Friday 3 pm. I called every single company and no one felt like helping me. I offered lots of cash but no one cared. Funny thing was, I did not offer Hamel Service any cash when I called them. I also did not find them in google nor elsewhere. A person that knew them gave me their number. I called them and all they said after I explained my problem....trust me, it was a big problem.....don't worry buddy, we got you. Only a few minutes later a tow truck company called me asking about my location...really? When does this happen? Awesome.....so anyhow, me and the kids took a ride and went to this small town with my truck on tow truck to their shop. I was a bit worried when I saw the shop. Please don't get me wrong, I am from the LA area. But as soon as we arrived three guys jumped out of the small shop. Tagled the truck and had it fixed in less then one hour. It started to rain hard but they did not stop cause they knew the prediggement I was in. These three guys were soaked to the bone. But they got it done. Super professional and amazing mechanics. Made my day. I wish these guys the best and I will fly them to LA if I ever need help. They are that good. Pricing is super cheap too. When I got the bill I expected $2k to $3k but they only charged me $700....wow.....don't worry, I took care of them. Real Americans showing how it's done. Don't hesitate to go there. Just the most amazing experienced I ever had as a customer. Period.”

“We just had new tires and rims put on our 2020 Jeep Wrangler. We met with Rocky a month prior to purchasing in order to get some ideas and prices. He even rolled some of the tires with available rims outside and held them against the Jeep so we could get an idea of what they might look like. He was very thorough while explaining availability and what modifications might be needed depending on tire size. When we finally agreed on what we wanted, he had our vehicle in the shop after only a few days. The results really made our Jeep feel like something special. He was reasonably priced and very personable. All in all a fantastic experience!”
