“This is where most of our shopping is done. The staff is great and I have nothing but good things to say about them. Well, I actually do have one staff member that I dread seeing, she is never polite and always has a bad attitude. The rest of the staff makes up for her. The reason it only gets 4 stars is because they do not treat the employees well. They are almost always understaffed and way over worked. They get paid minimum wage or a little bit over. They expect the employees to stock shelves and have an impossible amount finished by the end of their shift, all while taking car of customers and checking them out as well The store has almost everything I need and the employees are great but the company doesn't even deserve 4 stars. I only rate it that because I don't want to make the employees look bad on account of the company's poor scheduling and policies.”

The Shelves still need to bestocked in some areas but otherwise it’s looking up and people are starting to be more friendly in the store and more helpful when you ask questions so hopefully the store will become a class A store! I was in unfamiliar territory, everyone that works at this store made me feel comfortable. Gas prices were the fairest in town. My phone was stolen last day in Sparta and every person working went out of their way to help and assist me. This stores emoyees, even at night hours deserve credit”

“Normally it's a 5 star, but I just went in today after a month and a half of being off of work to find the store remodeled and my favorite slushie gone! The sweet yellow one that no one else had. I bought a Bosco stick and an empanada along with a Mountain Dew and went back to work to eat it. They were hard, dried out, and they should have been pulled at least an hour before I bought them. I couldn't go back because of lunch break time restraints.”

“The employees are always so friendly and greet you when you walk in. This is my favorite dollar general store. Recently I noticed they moved a couple of aisles, that’s because they have added nice quality home goods like baskets, wall art, and home decor. The kitchen ware aisle has added quality cookware, dishes, kettles. Also they have a really nice craft aisle and I have found many fun items to entertain my granddaughters.”
