“This service I received today from three gentlemen who work there was five star tonight. One was a manager, one was maintenance, and another was a store stocker/helper. I was trying to find Smashers, they went above and beyond to look through the entire store until they found it at the top of the Shelf facing the opposite direction. Every other store has been sold out so you can imagine how happy I was that they actually found it. Their website said it was in stock but did not say which aisle it was in. It was a Christmas miracle. Now my little nephew will be very happy to get the gift that he asked for from his favorite aunt.”

“I went during a busy time, with limited goals: eat at Subway and buy coffee. I did both of those conveniently and quickly. I used a self-checkout station. The coffee I bought had coupons taped to the packages. It turns out applying coupons at a self-checkout station requires intervention by a store person. The store people patiently helped me make things work, but we agreed it would be smoother to take any future coupons to a regular checkout lane.”

“I call this the As Seen On TV store. If they don't have what you want then they will definitely have something else that you can leave with. There is so much stuff in this store you can just walk around for hours and not see everything. A great place to kill some time. Plus it is in a strip mall that has other stores and it is right across the street from the Promenade in Bolingbrook. Close to the expressway and lots of restaurants are in the area too.”
