“Usually not waiting long for them to get started. Tires loads typically take a awhile but they seem to be pretty good at unload times. Plenty of space to park over night if needed and not block any of their morning rush they have jump out of there. Receiving is by door 12 on the corner of the building.”

“I was in need of a dryer for several months, but was waiting for the right deal, and going to the laundromat in the meantime, when I finally saw a dryer online that seemed perfect at the Sears Hometown Store in Waterloo. I went there in person the next day and they had it in stock, and as luck would have it - I was told that the delivery guys were due back in the store shortly after I paid for the purchase, and the salesperson said he would ask them if they would deliver and set up mine the same day when they got back to the shop. I wouldn't expect that to happen - and fully expected to have to wait awhile for the delivery. But lo and behold, I had barely made it back home (about an hour later) when here came a Sears truck with two awesome delivery and set up guys - Rick and Jake - with my new dryer! They were both so pleasant, upbeat and helpful - and in no time had my new dryer installed, and even switched the door to where it opened to the opposite side that I preferred. I am over the moon with the service I received and my new dryer - highly recommend this store!”

Unfortunately my original Mario Kart game cartridge was damaged beyond repair and unplayable. I looked for hours for a place near me that had the game. Unfortunately here in Los Angeles no stores near me had the game. I actually found this place after a friend of mine actually recommended it. He visited Grumpy Bob's on a business trip two years ago and was mesmerized by the location and friendly people. Needless to say I quickly looked it up and sure enough they had the game. I quickly ordered it and I am beyond grateful that as a small business they were able to ship the game to me. I am beyond happy and excited. We went in to upgrade twophones and he helped us make our final choices on devices, and he looked over our bill and updated it – saved us like 60 bucks a month! He was attentive, friendly, answered all of our questions. No wait time for us, I know a few people came in after us and had to wait a few minutes, but he actually did a great job of juggling us all.
