She brought me in the back where there are endless shelves of fabric and foam. She worked with me on choosing the colors and foam. I was shocked when I came in to pick them up. The carpet layers do impeccable work, especially with the expensive patterned carpet we chose for the stairs. It is gorgeous. Brad is honest and steered us from certain patterns he knew would not work with our pets. The laminate plank he suggested for downstairs was a quality product at a reasonable price. His measurements were to the T, and he spent so much time consulting my husband on his DIY install downstairs. “Cool store. Similar to farm and fleet or the once Big R. I only gave four stars because they're women's boot department is lacking. I was also not happy that when you buy a gift card they do not give you the little proof of it being activated receipt. There is nothing except for a big piece of paper if you request a receipt. It then has all of your other items you shopped for included on it which is very tacky to give out to someone. If you're going to buy a gift card do it on a separate transaction.”
