“If I could give Ivy Rehab in Lisle 10 stars, I would!! Maria and her team are outstanding!! With less than 2 1/2 weeks to my Chicago Marathon, I developed hip pain that was hindering my training, and threatening the possibility of not being able to even run the race. Maria answered my panicky email very quickly, and I was in to see her the very next day. With her expertise, she quickly diagnosed my issues and got to work right away on correcting them, knowing my goal was to be able to run the marathon in just a few short weeks. She made sure I was able to come see her 3x/week leading to the marathon. Within just 4 sessions, I was already markedly improved. She provided me with at home stretches and exercises to do, in adjunct to her treatments. I can proudly say I am an official marathoner, thanks to Maria and her team!!! I had ZERO hip pain during and after the marathon. The professionalism and dedication to helping me achieve my goal, went above and beyond. The entire staff in the Lisle office is just as nice and caring as Maria is. THANK YOU IVY REHAB (Maria and A.k) for getting me quickly back on track!! “My daughter was admitted to the inpatient unit for PT OT and speech after a massive Brain bleed from late October to early December. When she arrived she was not able to sit up on her own, by the time she was discharged she was walking with a walker. Their therapist are all genuinely invested in their patients and their outcomes. We still go for outpatient therapy and see Kayla, April,Debbie, and Kate who are all so amazing. The nursing staff is very kind and empathetic. I would say if you are there are an extended period of time and orders get changed to double check with the nurses that they were implementing them. Sometimes they may get lost in translation. The weeks are so busy with therapy that by the ending of the week kids are exhausted. I did like that on weekends were very mellow to slow the kids to rest. Child life does a great job at learning what the kids hobbies are and then providing activities to fit that child. Dr Martinez Connie and Dan are amazing providers. We are so happy we chose Shriners’s Chicago for our daughter’s care and rehabilitation.”

“I had a total knee replacement on both my knees. The first one I ended up going to a physical therapist office but I didn’t feel I got the best range of motion. With them so when I had my left knee done I was able to have in home physical therapy. Austin was amazing he really takes a personal interest in you and gets you the best range of motion that you can get. I would recommend him anytime.”
