“I started working with this company in September of 2018. It was a bit of a rocky start with the sales person however when management of the team realized what was going on, they stepped in. They worked with my insurance company. My installation went as planned after that. Fast forward to the giant wind storm we just experienced. I have a few shingles blow off my roof. Expecting it to be a few days for them to come out and look at it after I called, they had someone at my house the same day. The team that showed up got the shingles that needed replacing and within an hour had it all repaired. I was pleasantly surprised at the speed of getting my roof fixed. We had a leak issue, We called another roofing company to come out and resolve the issue,, they charged us in access of $2500 and still we had the issue, after going back and forth with them, we decided to try NIR roof, They came out and within few minutes found the cause of the leak and billed us less than $1000, we were so impressed that we even signed a roof care plan with them.
