“First off I would like to Thank Jim, he did a grade A 100%awesome job. I have a great foreign mechanic, so I asked him did he know anything about diesel, he said he didn't but knew someone, well that service turned out to be 3 long weeks of garbage , there were just doing trial and error. After charging me $800 bucks to change a fuel pump that was working. The only thing i can say about towing company is stick to towing and not mechanical work. So after 3 weeks of nothing I did aome research and found one of the best mechanics i have met in a long time. Jim had my truck for 2 days and already knew what the problem was. 2 weeks later the man re-did a whole my whole entire exhaust system and its running stronger and better than before. “We shopped several local dealers after spending several years looking at different manufacturers, models, and floor plans. Diamond Trailer Sales had the most friendly, no-pressure sales people by far. Rob patiently showed us several models that were in-stock, and answered all of our questions. Not finding quite the right unit in-stock, we decided to shop around some more. After discovering a new 2020 model that met our needs, I engaged Diamond Trailer Sales through email to obtain a quote. I was pleasantly surprised that a smaller dealer provided a timely response. We worked out the options, and I was able to place an order without even returning to the dealership. While waiting for delivery, Rob and Steve were both very helpful and promptly returned my calls and emails with questions. When the delivery day arrived, Steve (President/Owner) personally handled the sale and answered some additional questions I had about the unit. The technician provided a comprehensive walk-through and answered questions as well. Again, there was no pressure to rush through the process, and we were very happy with the delivery process. If you want a no-fuss, no-frills, relaxing buying experience, it's worth paying Diamond Trailer Sales a visit. They may not have a tremendous in-stock selection, but they can certainly help you select and order whatever suits your needs. They also seemed to have a good selection of parts and accessories in the store as well. Each time I've received my equipment back, I've fallen in love with them all over again as they now play as they should and in some cases better than when I bought them. Third Coast's prices are reasonable and allow me to keep using my gear instead of having to buy new stuff. Every now and then they even have some great deals on used equipment.
