Brittany is always wonderful as long as she doesn’t have to chase you down and then hear your sob story. Every item we have ever gotten anything, we requested brand new and that’s what they brought. Everyone complaining about them needs to look in the mirror and be happy that companies like rentacenter will even work with y’all”

“I had what I thought was a tire that was needing replaced so I made an appointment to confirm my thoughts. Upon arrival to the store, I was greeted by Matt and he said he would have a tech look at it and let me know what they found. Matt came to find me in the waiting area and explained what they did. He said they checked the tire and made a few adjustments and that they were confident it was not a “bad tire”. The tech and I went for a ride and sure enough the problem was corrected. I strongly recommend the Monroe store and will be purchasing my next set of tires from them.”

“What a gem hidden away in quiet Monroe. We've lived in the area for 3 years and the only thing that bothers me is that I didn't start going 3 years ago! The staff is delightful and friendly. I went closer to closing time than I like, but they were still incredibly kind and accommodating. The atmosphere is fun and the coffee is stellar. I can't wait to go back.
