Brittany is always wonderful as long as she doesn’t have to chase you down and then hear your sob story. Every item we have ever gotten anything, we requested brand new and that’s what they brought. Everyone complaining about them needs to look in the mirror and be happy that companies like rentacenter will even work with y’all”
