North Woods Village at Inverness Lakes

I have been to 8 or 9 assisted living/nursing homes is Fort Wayne and
Northwoods is by far the finest place in the city. The director, staff, cooks
and facility are absolutely outstanding. If and when i go to a facility
it will be that one. my wife was there for 3 years, and she enjoyed it.

I have worked with North Woods Village at Inverness Lakes for a few years now and only one statement comes to mind to describe this community: excellence and nothing less. From their office personnel to their skilled nursing personnel their approach to care is unmatched. Everyone there shares a common goal to enrich the lives of those they care for while also keeping them safe. You are greeted upon arrival with a smile by their secretary who is ready to help. The environment is always spotless making you feel like this could be a place you can call home. As a local health care provider, I have the opportunity to provide care in many area facilities. I absolutely love being able to co- care for residents at North Woods Village for many reasons including: the aesthetics, the cleanliness, the attention to detail, and most importantly the quality of care these residents receive. From administration down to housekeeping, this facility has high standards and it shows.

I have worked for North Woods Village for almost six months now and it is one of the best places I have worked. The culture of the team is outstanding. I love that we are locally owned and our residents, family, and staff that we serve are so grateful and a joy to be around.

My experience here at North Woods Village working out front as a Concierge has been a positive experience interacting with staff, residents and their families. No two days are alike and I enjoy finding ways to meet the needs of families and their loved ones. It's satisfying to get to know them personally and greet them by name when they come in the door!
