(August 3, 2020, 4:58 pm)Just want to say that I think Masterspa service is fantastic. I have had my spa for 15 months. Yesterday I had a problem I could not resolve with my hot tub. I emailed Master spa about the issue because the service department was closed for the weekend. Monday by mid day, a service technician had already been out and resolved the issue. All was covered under warranty and I am looking forward to a nice dip this evening. I don't know how they could have made things any easier. Thank you Master Spa!

The expertise and knowledge we received while making the decision at to which swim spa would suit us best was top notch! Shane was always there to answer our questions and even came out to look at our property to help make a decision as to best placement! Master spas has been a great company to work with and Shane is the icing on the cake! As far as delivery and set up the crew was GREAT! They were very careful about our landscaping and sprinkler systems and put the utmost care into the install! We can’t thank you enough for the wonderful service and exceptional products Master Spas produces!!!
(November 25, 2019, 11:38 am)We've had our spa for over a year and it's been everything we wanted and more. Everything works perfectly and customer support has been great. I decided to build a custom Ipe deck around the spa and now the spa is the focal point of our wonderful backyard!
