Very nice very professional. I rarely leave these so for me to do so means a lot. The doctor who helped me showing me my x-rays was super nice and smart. When asked for sometime off she was willing to accommodate needs. Once again very professional quick and really nice visit.

Went to OrthoStat Walk-In Clinic today with severe, lower back pain and was checked in and seen by a doctor within 30 minutes. I had an X-Ray done and was diagnosed with my issue all within 15 minutes once called back to be treated. I was very impressed with the time that it took to be seen and diagnosed. I was in and out within an hour. The staff was knowledgeable, welcoming, and very friendly and made me feel like they truly and genuinely cared about my health. I highly recommend this clinic.

I was very impressed with FWO today. My husband even commented on the way home that while he was sitting in a small waiting area, he heard more laughter than he'd ever heard in any clinic setting. We found all the employees to be very cheerful and helpful. Besides the great people we encountered, the service was efficient and well- coordinated. I needed xrays and I was very surprised how quickly they recognized the problem and started a plan. Then about 10 min after I left, I got a call already scheduling me for an MRI and follow up with a doctor. Pretty impressive!

The staff were very courteous and welcoming. They all seem be truly empathetic people! The only issue I have is that I still haven't received the patient portal invitation yet. Lol! But A+ nonetheless!
