I lived in townhouse there for a year and I love it never had no problems with my unit everything was up to date and I love me some Carolyn she so sweet

It has been a long time since I had to find a place to rent. I was a bit nervous and intimidated about the process. After speaking with Briana, she quickly made me at ease. She was kind, efficient and professional. She answered every question in great detail and I never felt as if I was bothering her. I still have a few weeks before I move in but our interactions thus far have put my mind at ease and has helped me to be excited about my new home and new future for my family and I!

Briana helped my boyfriend and I look at a potential apartment and she was SO incredibly helpful. She took the time to listen to our concerns and issues and she did her best to find us something. We couldn’t move forward at the time because of personal issues, but i would absolutely recommend Briana to anyone who comes here to find a new home!

I have lived in Villa Capri since 2008 Carolyn has always been a great help. She is going to stick up for the company but it always gets done. Thanks Carolyn Apartments are spacious and maintained. Brans thanks for all the incentives and electronic communication

I came out to look at a possible apartment and decided not to move forward with it for personal reasons. But Briana was extremely helpful and answered any and all questions I had about the possible move. She was extremely knowledgeable and I would recommend talking to her about anything going on at Villa Capri.
