I’m new to hearing aids and Brad has been great in helping me understand how they work and what to expect. I needed some tweaking after a month and was able to get back in quickly so that adjustments could be made. I highly recommend Brad and Hear Ear in New Haven.

I have done business here since about 2010. Totally impressed by owner Brad Stanfield. When I went there in 2010 Brad tested me for free and then told me my hearing wasn't bad enough to warrant hearing aids. Said come back in a few years. I returned in 2017 at which time I was again tested for free purchased new hearing aids and have been totally happy with them. Brad offers free after sale follow-ups to inspect clean and replace wax filters and domes. I highly recommend Hear Ear for all of your hearing needs
