Verizon Authorized Retailer — Cellular Sales

Extremely disappointed in the customer service provided this evening. I recently bought a Steel 360 screen protector and they installed it for me. Within two weeks, I had bubbles. It finally got so bad a forth of the screen has them, so I decided to go in and get it replaced. Since I bought it within the last 30 days, I figured they would make things right and provide me a new one. The salesman said he could not help me unless I bought a new one. They will not stand behind their product. Buyer beware.

Brittany, the person who originally sold me my phone called to see if I was still liking my phone. After discussing my past issue, she quickly made the situation right. If you want outstanding customer service, just ask for her! Thank you for taking such good care for me.

Several days ago, I decided to stop by this Verizon store. I had received a SIM card in the mail from Verizon, which wouldn’t work or activate in my phone. Spent 2 weeks in circles with customer service online and on the phone and with the Van Wert store...but nobody was helpful or could problem solve to help me use the Verizon service...it almost felt like Verizon didn’t want me to use their service.

Anyways, I stopped by the Fort Wayne store and Charlie Gray helped us and it was like a snap that he got the SIM card activated and working. He was like an Angel and breath of fresh air compared the other reps from online, phone and Van Wert store. I just wanted to commend and thank you all! I can finally use the SIM card.

I had a very good day today. I stopped by the Verizon Dupont location and purchased 2 new cellphones. The service was great! Levy was great to work with.

Went in today to get an upgrade. It has been a while since I've had one, but I expected the process to be somewhat daunting and possibly even slow, considering how busy this location can be. The place was full and we were still helped rather quickly. Chris was the representative who helped and he was wonderful! He was efficient without making us feel like we were being rushed out of there, and he was both friendly and knowledgeable. I told him what I was looking for, and felt like he didn't give me any unnecessary sale or a type of phone I really don't need. It was a significantly better experience than expected and I will continue to go to this location and ask for Chris when I need anything.
