Steeplechase At Parkview Apartments

My husband & I have been here 5 years now. We do enjoy our place & have made an effort to know our neighbors. The maintenance staff are very friendly, courteous & knowledgeable at fixing problems that crop up from time to time. Even with the COVID restrictions, the office staff are available to us when we need then. The company continues to update & improve the complex. They have added a playground & improved the outside appearance to the apartments, just to name 2 items. This is truly a great place to call home!

Love the on campus trainers (BurnZone)! It’s such a great uplifting and fun environment. The trainers are great and very encouraging. Always very clean and welcoming. Amazing results too!

10/10 recommend but it would only let me do 5 stars. They have on site trainers at their facilities and going to the Burn Zone has truly changed my life!! Zo is an amazing trainer and can get you REAL results the healthy way! If you are living here I highly recommend checking out Zo at the Burn Zone! Pictures for proof attached :)

Great place to live. Everything you need is near by. The maintenance man on campus are amazing. I’ve lived here for four years now no complaints. They also have a great fitness trainer on site, that gives the Steeplechase residence an unbelievable deal! Be sure to ask about the BURN ZONE!
