We had consults with several orthodontists before choosing Dr. Thompson and he certainly didn’t make it a hard choice. He took the time to make sure I understood the complexity of my daughter’s anatomy and what it may take to get her teeth where they needed to be. He was honest with potential limitations and additional procedures that may need done along the way. We so appreciated this thoroughness rather than just an overall cost. It really put our minds at ease. At different points along our journey, when our daughter would get weary, he’d always know how to encourage her to keep going. Dr. Thompson always consulted me when referring for other procedures and listened and respected when we wanted to wait or needed time to decide on how to move forward. The staff know how to communicate and relate to kids; they’re just great with them. Our son has since started braces as well with Dr. Thompson and we’re having an equally positive experience in his journey to a perfect smile.”
