  I am not very tech savvy and was in need of a new phone. When I walked in to this Verizon Store, I was greeted by Victor and explained my situation. He immediately showed me a phone that he believed would be perfect for me. He transferred all of my apps and information from my old phone. He took a lot of time explaining and showing me how to use it. I am very grateful to him for the time he took with me. And he was correct~~my new phone is a perfect fit for me!   I love this Verizon store!! Everyone has always been so helpful and friendly everytime I've come here. Today Victor was awesome with helping me pick out a new phone for my upgrade and setting it all up! Definitely will return for any of my Verizon needs!!

  Victor was amazing fun and very helpful. Very impressed with his service. My wife who was ATT is so glad she now switched because of Victor.

  We were very impressed with the service that we received here! We stopped one day for information and one day for service and both of the employees were of invaluable help. We live in another town and drove an hour to come here just for their great service! Thank you to Victor and Tarris!
