Lot rent is better than any other park for this area. Yes, some of the rented manufactured homes are beat up, but they seem to be working on them and a plan to make renters take on some personal responsibility. Pay your rent, take care of their home, and report issues as soon as possible. Be someone they want to keep. I rent to own and find the owner to be straight forward and honest. They have been good to us.

I've lived here Since March and I've not had any problems with neighbors or the leasing office. It's a very quiet and peaceful place to live. Also everytime I've needed maintenance they got back to me with in 24 hours. It's also a very clean trailer park. They don't tolerate anything being messy and I'm 100 percent behind them on that. Thanks for giving a peaceful & clean place to live.
