This past weekend I walked into Home Rooms Furniture & Mattress store with every intention to window shop for new living room and bedroom furniture only. I was greeted by Ashely Sordelet who was very friendly and not too pushy. I must have been in the store for 3 or more hours and she was every bit of patient with me, walked me through the store to show me what was available and what would take a little longer to deliver because of the Pandemic. I was very pleased with her level of professionalism and understanding to work with me and not just "sell me." I walked out of the store with a new bed set for future delivery and a new living room set coming this weekend. I was very happy when I left the store (no buyers remorse this time). She made my furniture shopping experience the best I'd ever had. Everyone that I came in contact with that day was wonderful, I don't have anything bad to say. I look forward to making future purchases with Ashley she's the best!!!

We worked with Kacie and she was great! she showed us every option that she could come up with within our budget, and was very knowledgeable about her products and her store. if you go to this place, 100% ask for Kacie. good saleswoman without being too pushy.

We had a wonderful experience at Klopfenstein's! We went in looking for a rocking chair for our living room. They had a large selection to choose from. Julie helped us find the perfect chair and fabric to match the rest of our furniture. She was very nice, and made sure we were taken care of. There was no pressure, and we got a great deal! We will definitely be back!
