All I needed was a watch band switched out. Very economical, nice pleasant man, very knowledgeable. I will be returning for my jewelry needs. Boo Helzberg, over priced for replacing my lost diamond chip. Further inspection they also found it needed 16 tips replaced so they needed to add more gold. They had my wedding ring for almost 2 full months before I got it back. Gotta say, I feel possibly conned on that deal. $500 later - doubt I ever go back.
