(January 27, 2023, 6:59 am)I love this Goodwill! I love the staff. There is a beautiful woman that always checks me out and she’s absolutely lovely. Today while I was in I witnessed a manager/supervisor speak very rudely to the cashier on the floor. She was told to “PAY ATTENTION TO THE LINES.” The employee expressed that she was paying attention. That the line just got busy. She was correct. The supervisor then said “PAY BETTER ATTENTION.” Then walked away. It was extremely unprofessional of the supervisor to speak to her that way in front of everyone. Also, she was extremely busy so perhaps instead of criticizing the cashier maybe the supervisor could have taken a lane and helped her out….
