Not enough staff working the register this morning but she apologized for the wait which made it all better.

I had one bad experience with a assistance manager thank God she's no longer there. Other than that it's a good place to shop. Just needs to open up more registers to combat the long lines at time.

Not all Dollar Trees are created equal. This one in Durham has a large selection and you can find almost anything you can find in a smaller Walmart or Roses. Very spacious and well kept. The workers there are also polite and helpful. Ironically, this is in a more impoverished area of Durham. And these are the areas of cities where they should put more good stores. You wanna eradicate poverty, this would be an effective way.

Long wait, would you give 5. Store is always clean and somewhat well stocked.

I got the battery replaced on my note 5. The owner is very courteous and explained how the process works . The price is good and the service fast. Also I saw some iPhones in there that are priced well.

Fast service and at affordable rates, you truly feel like family when you come see Jose. He definitely knows what he is doing. My screen on my iPhone 7 went all black just out of nowhere, came to see Jose and within an hour I had my phone back like new! Definitely Hi tech deserves the 5 stars, they go above and beyond to help you out. Thanks Jose!
