“Our car needed a lot of “under the hood” repair with mostly front-end damage from the undercarriage up…including the radiator and air conditioning unit. So much more than body repair. The exchange between Gerber and our insurance company was flawlessly handled; NO hassles on our part. And, with parts in short supply/on back-order during the CoVid, Tori kept in close contact; updating the status of the work. Ultimately, Tori acquired a rental car for us and then the manager (?) exchanged the rental for our car when the work was successfully completed (a 2 hr trip since we live an hour away). The teamwork, professionalism and courteous customer care and the desire to repair the vehicle back to perfect working order (which obviously the guys in the garage are super at) are obvious strengths for this Gerber Collision team. The Doctor was extremely helpful, answered all of my questions and I could tell he cared about my situation, I did not feel rushed. I also do not have insurance right now and they did not make me feel uncomfortable about that, which has happened to me at other optometrists. The payment was affordable and the service was great I will be back.”

“Came in here on a Thursday night just a few minutes before closing. They told me it was going to take around 15 minutes to change all 4 tires on my car. I also had a truck there at the same time - since I planned to drop off the car. I was so impressed with the price and service that I decided to change all 4 tires on the truck the same night. They had me done in around 30 minutes for both vehicles. I’m used to waiting forever for tire changes and was happy to take care of things so quickly. There also helped check my tire pressure monitors and quoted a very good price to replace the two that have gone out. I’ll be returning to take care of those. The truck needs an alignment. Though they don’t do alignments, they provided me with a coupon to get it taken care of. I believe the service includes free tire rotations, balances, and road hazard for the life of the tires.”

“Unfortunately, this establishment is no longer in business. The garage has a closed sign posted in the window, and their phone number is no longer in service. I had taken my automobile there several times in the past, and was satisfied with the work. This is a small business that does fair to good work for half the price of what you would pay anywhere else. Super place for cars of value 5,000 and less, but I wouldn't recommend it for high end expensive auto. All & all, a great place to get your not to expensive car fixed for an extremely good price. Too bad they're out of business.”
