“The building is dated however, many individual areas, offices, and sections have been updated & modernized. Parking is generally easy, dropping off & pick up area can sometimes get packed. If there is a line, the waiting generally is short (less than 5mins). Generally all staff is friendly, warm, and helpful. The only area that can seem confusing or overwhelming is their unique Pharmacy procedures. It has multiple steps and people to see. If you plan on using this pharmacy for the first time than I would suggest adding an extra 30 minutes minimum, to your visit. Some bathroom doors have extremely small openings, when on the upper levels. However, there is always an ADA approved restroom available on each floor, you may need to ask for directions..”
