I called them discussed about my F-250 pulling my camper they recommended the leaf springs for me I got them put them on they was exactly what I needed and wanted. And the one thing they have more than anything that I've seen in years is something that's called customer service it is over the top the whole staff was phenomenal. Thank you very much.
TSC did a basic chassis lube on my 2007 American Tradition class A motorcoach and I am very pleased with everything about their service. They got me in and out in very short order which is very important since my wife and I are full time in the coach. They did a very thorough inspection on my brakes, air bags and also changed out my serpentine belt. I will gladly use them in the future for more involved service on the coach. Jim Scott was extremely professional in what he does. It is so nice to know I have someone so close to my home base that I can trust!
Brought in a 2004 TJ for alignment after I installed a new steering kit. The performed the alignment and I am back on the road with no "wobble". Great customer service and competitive rates for the service. I will use them again. Thank you!
This facility and its people have done me right. Parts availability has been a thing, but that's on Ram, not the repair shop. We have stayed in good communication, price quoted has been price paid. I have no complaints about the service, work performed, or the staff here. If you utilize them, I can't imagine you being disappointed.
Whew... excellent business seem few and far between today. I made appointment with Jim who was helpful and anticipatory in what I was looking for. He let me know that Mary would be there to welcome me at my appointment time. Coffee and a quiet room to work on my laptop during work time. Clint was the mechanic and he diagnosed my 2020 Ford Transit to a tee. A slight rattle in the steering at time concerned me. He first checked front end thoroughly and then advised me that my 2020 Ford had warnings for lane change and near-accident that would vibrate the wheel as I had described. We took the van out for a spin on I69 for my better understanding. I guess I should have read the owners Manuel a bit closer. A very thorough job of customer satisfaction... beyond what was really necessary. Clint's expertise was impressive and relieving. I will be going back when anything arises with my van. Mary let me know that this was a part of what they offer as a "cursory inspection" ... for which there was no charge... Thank You!!!
