I have not once been to this Arby's during a good time. I have been here a few times, and it is always dirty. The staff are always less than friendly, and the food is rarely hot and fresh. Arby's is an excellent brand, and I enjoy their food, but this store is just not up to par. I hope Arby's is reading this because this store needs some help.

Well the guy Christian at the front had a runny nose and kept wiping his nose on his shirt without... washing his hands or wearing gloves. An employee ordered food after us and got her food first, didn't get my whole order and the best part is the Manager, Shane, was complaining in the back about how busy it is.
