“Had some issues setting up a return appointment because there was a misunderstanding about the fact that we were already an established patient since Dr. Allison Royer placed tubes in our daughter's ears 18 months previously, but those issues were resolved when Dr. Royer called us personally to apologize & then go out of her way to set up an appointment for new ear tubes that was convenient for us. What I thought was poor customer service initially was quickly turned around to excellent customer service & the misunderstanding was resolved. Overall, very pleased & would recommend this ENT.”

After he was home for several weeks he was then admitted into the hospital by Dr. Montgomery where we stayed for 10 days! They both help to ease my worries with their expertise and awesome compassion! My son saw every doctor in the facility, from 2006-2009, and I could not have asked for a better office!
