Caring staff and I love the fact that they use an app to log their day for the younger kids (3 and under). It brings a smile to my face when I can see my child's picture in a secure online environment & know when they're eating, how well they are eating, what developmental activities they are involved in.
The facility itself is very nice and spacious. They've recently updated with new carpeting and staff is constantly cleaning and making sure that decorations reflect curriculum and current events. Consistently someone at the front desk that is coordinating ratios within the classrooms to make sure they adhere to state guidelines. Teachers & staff are very good at communicating with parents on individual child issues as well as upcoming events.
We were forced to decide on a new daycare in a hurry when our previous daycare closed and are so very pleased with ELA. We actually feel it was an upgrade for our needs. The staff has become like family.
