“We have had our vehicles worked on at The Pitt Stop for a number of years and have been pleased with the service/results. Rich (the owner) is very good about asking questions/understanding the problem(s) when a vehicle is brought in, calling with an estimate before any work is done and saving the old parts so that we can look at them to get a better understanding of what needed to be repaired/replaced, and why. We have also bought a car from Rich and have been pleased with it. The guys put a lot of effort into the car to make it look/operate as well as possible. Was it perfect? No, but we didn’t expect it to be…it was used. We were mainly after reliability and that’s what we got. We appreciate feeling valued as customers. We’ve recommended The Pitt Stop to friends and family and would do so again.”
