“I appreciated this location being open such extended hours and for getting me in so quickly when it turned out I had sidewall damage on a tire. The representative was really nice, but even he said they don't do much with small tires. It took them a while to even find the damage, then 4 days to get me my existing model of tire (even though it is a Goodyear), and I just noticed after feeling like the car has been driving a bit sluggish and checking the air pressure...that the new tire was mounted inside out (the outside I see says "this side mount in" very clearly). Now I will have to take more time off to go elsewhere to get this fixed. I still gave this place 4 stars because they were open late and nice, but if you get the opportunity, I would go elsewhere, even if you're a Goodyear customer.”
