I have been a member since it opened....great YMCA.....everyone knows everyone, plus the staff is very friendly and helpful......
Came here as a visitor, quiet, clean, plenty of equipment.
I work out here 5 days a week and love it. The staff is friendly and helpful. For a small town, it’s great to have a Y available and appreciate all of the community leaders who helped raise the funding for this facility. Good aerobic equipment and all the basic weights that you need for training. Pickleball and Tabata are two of the favorite group activities. They do an excellent job of supporting our community with after school programs and training classes for older adults like Silver Sneakers. Like all non-profits, they fight to continue to raise money to upgrade the facility but what they have is very good especially for the low rates they charge. I would highly recommend the Brown County Y for anyone who lives in this community.
