Prodigy Hardwood Interiors

FINALLY WE GOT THIS RESOLVED..... THANKS!

NOT HAPPY!!!! 13 weeks STILL NO HARDWOOD.
Tried Calling every day Last week and NO ONE ANSWERS the phone.
I have placed a very nice size order with Prodigy Hardwood Interiors...... I was told it would take 4 weeks to get the order through production and shipped out. Prodigy did not communicate with her. I have been waiting 13 weeks now and still NO Wood. The owner has made numerous excuses to me on how and why they have been delayed. I usually have to call them 5-10 times before I ever gets anyone. I have sent numerous emails to them. 2 weeks AGO Kevin, the owner, expressed that the wood was finally getting ready to be finished at the finishing plant. Then on Friday, his partner, Chris called and asked to run the credit card through for the balance of $******.00. Upon, running that through He would personally line up with South Eastern Freight lines for the pick up and delivery of the wood. As of today, I cannot get anyone at the office on the phone....at 12:32 pm today, I finally got an email from Kevin the owner, that says, that the Hardwood has not even started being finished yet. He also stated that He is handling a personal family health matter. He stated that they still working on the order to give the utmost best finished product. I am very concerned!!!!!

After a ton of research, me and the hubby finally settled on Prodigy to help us revamp our house. The first thing that impressed me when I spoke to them for the first time was their knowledge. They really know their stuff! They helped us figure out the best types of hardwood to use on different parts of the house, and made sure that the hardwood would complement the other parts of the rooms that they would be installed in. And when it came time to begin, they didn’t just banish us and began working; they actually took the time to tell us exactly what they were going to do and the order they were going to do it in. When they were finished, we were insanely impressed by how everything looked. I am absolutely in love with our new hardwood floors and showing them off when we have guests over.

I am raving about these guys and posting reviews where ever I can so folks can enjoy the same experience me and my family have!

Quality is the best term I can use for Prodigy Hardwood Interiors. I have always wanted genuine hardwood flooring in my house. When I went to the big home improvement store I would find that the sales people could barely tell me the difference between true hardwood and fake laminate. After a dedicated search I found Prodigy. From the get go I was highly impressed by their knowledge of all of the different hardwoods available. The courtesy was first rate and the suggestions offered were explained to me in a way that I could understand so I could make an educated decision on what would be best for my home and family. At that point I knew I was working with real professionals. But that's when I got a little nervous because we were on a pretty tight budget and this sounded like one of those to good to be true situations. Then I was surprised to find that they offer a whole range of products from $3 per square foot to $30 per square foot. They installed exactly the flooring (Brazilian Walnut) I wanted and did it under our budget. Prodigy is the real deal and I would and will recommend them to any one needing a high quality job done right. My sincere thank you Prodigy!
