(March 21, 2019, 6:11 am)Every interaction I’ve had with an employee of the department has been professional and kind. Once I was even stuck on the side of the road in the middle of the night with a flat tire. I didn’t know how to change a tire at the time and an officer had seen my car pulled over and stopped to ask if I was okay. He changed my tire for me and was so helpful. I don’t know what I would have done without him, wish I had gotten his name.

From returning a wallet I hadn't even known was lost yet, to taking the time to answer even the smallest of questions on social media. CHPD stepped up to assist in creating the current block watch, and has repeatedly shown active community involvement. Thank you for all you do to serve and protect CHPD.
