I travel 2 hours with a friend to come to this clinic. Both of us were Olivia‘s patients at a previous clinic. When Olivia changed locations we were willing to drive whatever distance it took to continue being her patients. She is the best nurse practitioner. Olivia is very compassionate and thorough. Olivia listens to all of your concerns. The atmosphere is amazing from the time you walk in and meet the receptionist at the front. She is very welcoming. This continues the entire visit.You are actually treated as a real person here,and not pushed out the door as a number.can’t say enough good about North Clark medical. In Charlestown. Great move Olivia.

The care and compassion that my Momma has received from Olivia and the staff has been above and beyond! Had my first visit there last week. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very short wait time. NP Olivia Beam is awesome. Best NP I’ve been to in years.
