“I had an absolutely wonderful experience shopping here. I have to give Kudos to one of their employees named Rachael. She was VERY helpful. I needed an obscure lawnmower key duplicated and cut. Every other business I've asked flat out told me no. No one else would let me explain that the center locking grooves doesn't matter for my mower, only the two large grooves at the base of the key and the teeth matter. Rachael was willing to give it a shot with a similarly proportioned blank key. It took a couple of dud keys but she eventually produced a key that looked similar to mine. I got home, put it in my riding lawnmower and it fired right up! So now, if I lose the original key, I won't be forced to replace the entire starter! Excellent service!”

“I've purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership over the last 5 years(currently still have ownership of 2 of them a 1995 Chevy Impala and a 2000 Lincoln LS) and while some issues may have arised, that's part of buying used cars. I purchased my Impala with around 110k miles. I did research beforehand on the vehicle(like everyone should do) and knew transmission failure was common around the 120k mark. Guess what, the trans went. Is that their fault? No. I purchased my Lincoln knowing it has a plastic cooling system that is prone to failure and guess what, it eventually failed as well. Again, not their fault. This stuff happens when you buy used cars and can even happen when you buy a new car. Do your research people. They were open and honest with me about any known issues and even helped resolve them within reason. Do your research, make your payments on time and you're good to go. They've always been willing to work with people and I will go out of my way to defend them. I stop by there when I'm in the area just to chat with them because they are GOOD people. 10/10 would recommend. 10/10 would buy from this dealership again.”
