La Lupita

This place popped up on my phone in a news review and they said if you've never been here it's probably one of the best authentic Mexican restaurants in the state of Indiana, my wife and I drove an hour and 15 minutes to eat lunch I would have to say it's the best Mexican food that I'd ever had, so if you like authentic you are going to love it.

Great little place. The waitress was so incredibly friendly and attentive. The food was great -- it definitely leans more toward authentic Mexican than Tex. Just an awesome little place! So wish we would have found La Lupita a couple of years ago. :-)

More authentic than most Mexican restaurants in the area. But, at a cost. A little more expensive than the chains. The tamales were good, probably would have been better earlier in the day. I will go back on a weekend day to try the pozole to see if it compares with what I had in Mexico city.

Very friendly and courteous waitress. The #1 combination was very good along with the gorditas.

Aroz con pollo was amazing, the best I’ve ever had, along with the steak Mexican tacos. Service was amazing. Would highly recommend.
