I never feel singled out or judged for having to modify an exercise if needed. The trainers are highly skilled and encouraging and challenge you to be your best. To date I have lost 14 pounds and grown stronger. I am committed for myself and supported by my Burn family. It feels great to be in a place who wants you to succeed!”
